CORNERSTONE STUDENTS
Cornerstone Student Ministry is a community of students shaped by the Gospel for the renewal of all things. We believe that students have just as much power, love, and self-control given by the Holy Spirit as any other follower of Christ (2 Tim 1:7); we believe that students deserve deep community and deep renewal; and we believe that through a life with Christ, the fullest possible life can be found (John 10:10).
What are the meeting times?
Cornerstone Students meet most Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:30 PM at the church building. We gather to eat, pray, sing, and study scripture as a group.
What do students do during Sunday morning worship?
Our goal is to launch followers of Christ into the world with a deep love for God, His word, and His people. Middle and high school students are invited to attend services on Sunday with their families or friends to help them realize their part in the body of Christ as well as the value of corporate worship with others.
What sort of things are planned for 2024?
We have BIG plans for 2024 and want YOU to be a part of it. In March, Middle School Students will go on a Formation Trip (our version of mission trips). In April, High School Students will go on a High School Retreat. High School students will go to Guatemala on a Formation Trip in June. Middle School and High School students will attend a summer camp known as “Catechesis Camp” in July. All rising 6th-grade students will attend the 6th Grade Formation Training in August. In September, Middle School students will go on a Middle School Retreat. In October, we will host a Student All Night gathering. In December, we will host a college prep class for all Junior students.

Want to join our leadership team?
We strongly desire to be a space where leaders feel welcomed and encouraged to utilize their spiritual gifts. We have a big volunteer culture and could not function without this team. If you are interested in seeing what leadership at Cornerstone Students is all about, head here!
Are you new and don’t know how exactly to get plugged in?
We love meeting new people, and although it may seem difficult, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to join Cornerstone Students. Email the Cornerstone Student Director at rdorado@cornerstonetulda.org to pick a time to tour, meet new students, and learn about Cornerstone Students.
We have many deep hopes and desires for students who are a part of Cornerstone. Read about our Deep Hopes here. If you have more questions about what we are teaching and how we specifically seek formation for each student, email Ribbin Dorado.
